Jiali Adds M0.6 Ultra-Micro Screw Line for Medical & Optics

To meet demand for ultra-fine fasteners in medical endoscopes, optical lenses, precision instruments and micro motors, Jiali's micro screw workshop has added an M0.6 line with dedicated micro thread rollers and secondary optical inspection, reliably supplying M0.6 to M0.8 ultra-micro screws.

Challenges of Ultra-Fine Sizes

At under 1mm diameter, M0.6 screws risk eccentricity and fracture during cold heading. Thread rolling feed and speed must be precisely controlled, and recess depth tolerance held within ±0.02mm for driver engagement. The new line uses sizing grinding and microscopic inspection to verify head diameter, recess and threads piece by piece.

Typical Customer Scenarios

M0.6-M0.8 screws are widely used in endoscope components, camera lens barrels, micro motor brushes, watch movements and miniature sensors. These products demand high burr-free cleanliness and consistency. The new line offers cleanroom packing and batch inspection reports.

Service Upgrade

Alongside the line, the company set up an ultra-fine screw sampling channel with 48-hour turnaround, and automatic counting reel packaging for batch orders to fit automatic screwdrivers.
